1. What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue before returning any item.
2. I received the wrong item
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item received and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
3. My order arrived damaged
If your item arrived damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damage along with your order number within 7 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
4. My order is lost or missing in transit
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days or your order is missing after the estimated delivery time, please contact us
5. Where should I mail my authorized return?
Please contact us first to confirm if your return is eligible. If approved, we’ll provide you with the return address based on your location and the product's origin. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
6. How do I receive customer support?
You can reach our customer support by emailing support@niftyhomez.com or using the contact form on our website. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
7. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order is processed. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
8. Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can only make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
9. Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
At this time, we do not accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for restock updates.
10. Do your products come with a warranty?
Some of our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the product description or contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
11. Can I return an item that is as described but I simply changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our fulfillment process. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
